Throughout his time in an England shirt, Harry Kane has delivered some truly remarkable moments. However, the one thing he hasn’t done is cross the line in an international competition.
However, according to Emile Heskey, he’s the hero to guide England to 2026 World Cup glory.
In an exclusive interview with Sporf, via ToonieBet, the former Liverpool star explained: “When you say standout players, you can’t look any further than Harry Kane when you’re talking goals. He knows how to do it; he’s had another phenomenal season in Germany, so that’s who you pin your hopes on. In terms of our chance [of winning the World Cup], we will always say there’s an expectation of getting into the final and winning, but it’s going to be very difficult, especially when you’re going into North America, where the heat, humidity and everything surrounding football is going to be tough for us. However, there is still an expectation for us to reach at least the semi-finals.”
