Fans aren’t happy with Greenwood’s new FIFA 22 rating

The first FIFA 22 ratings have been released – and Manchester United fans aren’t impressed with the rating Mason Greenwood has seemingly been given.

The 20-year-old has hugely impressed so far this season, scoring three goals in four Premier League appearances.

He notched seven goals in 31 appearances last term, as well as two assists.

Greenwood was also named in the provisional 33-man England squad for Euro 2020, although was later forced to pull out due to injury.

All that, it seems, hasn’t done enough to convince EA that he deserves more than an upgrade of one rating point to his 77 rating from FIFA 21.

Whilst no Manchester United ratings have been officially announced by EA (bar Cristiano Ronaldo), United fan Mark Goldbridge tweeted what he described as the exclusive ratings for Red Devils players.

According to the ratings posted, Bruno Fernandes (88) is the second highest rated United player behind Ronaldo.

But fans’ attention was immediately brought towards the rating of Greenwood – and it’s fair to say many were not impressed:
