It’s the news we’ve all be waiting for.
A maximum of 4,000 fans are set to be allowed at outdoor sporting events in the lowest-risk areas when lockdown measures are lifted on December 2.
As reported by the BBC, Prime Minister Boris Johnson is expected to confirm the news when he addresses the nation later on Monday.

Up to 2,000 fans will be allowed to attend under tier 2 restrictions, though areas in tier 3 will have to wait longer.
While the limited numbers hardly scratch the surface for elite clubs, the news could be huge for the survival of lower league sides who rely on getting supporters into the ground.
