Noni Madueke got booed by Wolves fans over a brutal comment
Noni Madueke is a gifted footballer, renowned for his creativity, physical strength, versatility, and ability to put himself in the right positions at the right time.
However, he hasn’t been solely blessed with skills on the pitch, with the Englishman also showcasing his capabilities off the field, in the form of an innate ability to wind up opposition fans.
During his time at Chelsea, he played against Wolverhampton Wanderers, and accidentally posted a story on his public account showcasing his disdain for the local area, writing: “Everything about this place is s***.”
Of course, as soon as he realised the error, he tried to make amends, writing: “D*** wrong Instagram account. You lot are too fast.”
While time has gone by, Wolves supporters have not forgotten about the remarks and have made Madueke more than aware of the situation this evening by loudly booing him whenever the ball arrived at his feet.
Their opinion of the goal-scorer certainly isn’t great. After all, this is a man who scored a hat-trick against them when he was let loose on the pitch against them last year.
However, this time around, they’ve got their payback in abundance. After initially leading the game 2-0, Wolves clawed their way back into the contest to secure a 2-2 draw.
