With winter almost upon us, it’s time to start looking ahead to a chaotic Fantasy Premier League schedule.
The month of December, in particular, is going to be as gruelling as it gets for some of these clubs. In turn, it should be a pretty fun and stressful one for those playing Fantasy Premier League.
We’re going to take this chance to run through some excellent FPL choices that are out there to be explored. So whether you’re top of the mini-league or trailing behind, we’re going to try and get you back on track.
Ederson (Manchester City, £6.0m)

It’s always good to have a good defence in front of you, and Ederson has a great one. Across the last four games alone, the Manchester City keeper has kept three clean sheets and conceded just one goal.
Alongside a string of impressive saves, there’s an argument to be made that he’s the best shot-stopper in the league.
Next three fixtures: West Ham (H), Aston Villa (A), Watford (A)
Maxwel Cornet (Burnley, £6.1m)

Burnley boss Sean Dyche saw something in Maxwel Cornet and the rest, as they say, is history. From one of the best full-backs in Europe to a midfield maestro in England, any decent Fantasy Premier League player knows this man is on fire.
He’s got five goals in seven appearances, with some favourable games on the horizon.
Next three fixtures: Tottenham (H), Wolves (A), Newcastle (A)
Diogo Jota (Liverpool, £7.5m)

Diogo Jota is really shining this season in what is his second full campaign as a Liverpool player.
His strike against Arsenal was just the tip of the iceberg when you consider he’s already got five goals and one assist in 11 appearances. He has got a trip to his former employers coming up, as well as a Merseyside derby fixture.
Next three fixtures: Southampton (H), Everton (A), Wolves (A)
