What MMA events would look like inside the biggest stadiums in the Bundesliga

With Oktagon having just broken the global MMA attendance record by cramming a whopping 59,000 fans into Frankfurt’s Deutsche Bank Park, artificial intelligence has been used to give a perspective on what fight nights might look like in an array of the biggest stadiums in the Bundesliga.

On Saturday evening, Christian Eckerlin defeated Christian Jungwirth to win the ‘King of Germany’ belt in one of the most spectacular events in combat sports history.

Bayern Munich – The Allianz Arena

With the spectacle in Frankfurt generating so much hype, Oktagon fans are excited for the promotion to roll back into Munich for another big event on December 9, headlined by the heavyweight title rematch between Hatef Moeil and Lazar Todev at the SAP Garden.

The organisation will then return to the city on November 22, 2025. However, having seen what happened at the weekend, Bayern Munich supporters will undeniably fancy a night out at the Allianz Arena.

Borussia Dortmund – Signal Iduna Park

Oktagon is always keen on breaking new ground, which is why they’ve announced their first-ever show in Dortmund on April 5.

And should the event go well, the organisation will undoubtedly fancy the challenge of filling out Europe’s largest stadium, the 81,365-seater Signal Iduna Park.

Olympic Stadium – Berlin

While Oktagon MMA have travelled all over Germany, the major promotion is yet to grace the capital.

Therefore, when they do finally visit Berlin, they will do so with a bang, with an eye on filling out the historic 74,475-seater Olympic Stadium.

Volksparkstadion – Hamburg

On June 28, Oktagon MMA will bring their wild roadshow to Hamburg for the very first time.

And with the event taking place in the summer, they could go all out and hit one of the best grounds in the Bundesliga in the form of the 57,000-seater Volksparkstadion for a night fans would never forget.
