Denmark’s glorious new third kit is inspired by their iconic ’86 shirt

A combination of the rescheduled Euros and the domestic season drawing to a close has seen the last few weeks provide a long list of sublime-looking football shirts being unveiled.

Well, now we have another to add to that list.

This time, it’s courtesy of the Danish national side, who like many others this year, have jumped back in time to find their inspiration.

The all-red number pays homage to Denmark’s famous ’86 shirt and continues the sides long-standing relationship with Hummel, who reunited with the national team for an eight-year contract back in 2016.

If you ask us, they should never part ways again.

As well as being packed with nostalgia, the new drop is a celebration of the Danish fans.

Denmark will get their Euros campaign underway against Finland, with Russia and Belgium making up the rest of their group.

So far, we’ve unfortunately not been able to find the shirt on sale anywhere in the UK, but you can grab it from the official Denmark store if you’re desperate to get your hands on it.
