FIFA 21 team of the week 18 has arrived

EA has unveiled the latest edition of the FIFA 21 Team of the Week, featuring a collection of the most in-form players from around the world.

TOTW 18 rewards James Maddison for his brilliant run of form in an impressive Leicester side and Nike Pope for more solid work in between the Burnley sticks.

Bernardo Silva is also representing the Premier League with a healthy boost to 88 OVR.

Neymar, Karim Benzema and Frankie De Jong are just some of the other names from across Europe being recognised for their impressive performances.

The list of players featured in TOTW 18 are below.

This does of course, coincide with the Team of the Year announcement, which is currently on the search for its 12th man.

The final squad was chosen by EA Sports FIFA community members, who were asked to vote for their lineup from a list of 70 nominees.

Following his omission from the original XI, Lionel Messi joins Thiago Alcantara and Son Heung-min as potential candidates to fill the 12th man slot.

The final addition will again be decided by a public vote, with players being able to cast their vote in-game from 8pm today. Votes will close on January 28.
