Ethan Pinnock to Coventry City: £6m agreement reached

Ethan Pinnock is set to join Coventry City after the newly-promoted side reached an agreement with Brentford for the defender, according to David Ornstein.

The deal for the 33-year-old centre-back is worth an initial £5m with a further £1m in potential add-ons.

The Jamaica international has been granted permission to undergo a medical before signing a long-term contract at the CBS Arena.

The move represents a significant defensive reinforcement for Coventry City as they look to bolster their squad. Pinnock has been a mainstay in the Brentford backline for several seasons.
