Hull City have completed a deal to sign Nobel Mendy from Rayo Vallecano for a fee of €25m, according to Fabrizio Romano. The Senegalese defender is travelling for a medical after the two clubs finalised the details of the transfer. The deal includes a sell-on clause and a payment to his former club, Real Betis.
