If you’re a Paris Saint-Germain supporter, it’s time to get excited about the prospect of Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe playing together as their journey together in the French capital begins.
After it was confirmed that the Argentine would be making his way from Spain to France in order to join PSG, fans began to hype up the prospect of seeing Messi, Mbappe and Neymar in the same front three. It’s the kind of trio capable of striking fear into the heart of just about any defence and in the upcoming season, it’s hard to picture anyone other than the French giants being the favourites to win the Champions League.
The hype continues to build
Messi isn’t likely to officially debut for his new club until the end of August but that doesn’t mean we can’t get a glimpse of him beforehand. After all, the beauty of social media is that teams across the globe now want to give the mainstream media a glimpse into how training is going on a week to week basis.
The following clip is pretty short but it’s got Leo Messi linking up with Kylian Mbappe so we can forgive them.

Messi has been dubbed a veteran by many at this stage of his career but that doesn’t mean he isn’t capable of still producing magic on the pitch. He’s easily one of the greatest players of all time and won’t believe his luck if he’s got a motivated Mbappe as well as Neymar to work alongside this season.
The expectation is that the former Barcelona star will take to the pitch in the visit to Reims on August 29 and when that happens, a whole new era will begin for the player himself, for Kylian Mbappe and for all football fans.
