The talented fighter returns to action tomorrow night in an IBF welterweight world title eliminator at the SAP Arena in Mannheim, Germany, against Paddy Donovan.

And while he fell short against the great Jaron Ennis, the warrior, who heard the final bell on both occasions he shared the squared circle with the all-time great, believes going 24 rounds with the icon, was worth its weight in gold.

In an exclusive interview with Sporf, he explained: “Scarff was a tough opponent and ‘Boots’ gave me a lot of experience.”

Karen Chukhadzhian believes he has what it takes to beat Paddy Donovan

While Chukhadzhian has achieved many fantastic things in the sport of boxing, he’s yet to win a world title, making his upcoming bout with Donovan of paramount importance.

His Irish opponent is a tremendous operator, blessed with a relentless will to win. However, having put everything into his preparations for the bout, Chukhadzhian is confident that he will emerge the victor.

“I had a great camp, so I’m going to do my best. I’m focused only on the victory, and that’s what I expect from this fight.”
