Neymar has proven his ability to hit the back of the net beyond doubt.
In his remarkable career, the Brazilian has showcased incredible dribbling skills and an innate ability to seamlessly outmanoeuvre his opponents, creating fantastic scoring opportunities that he often capitalises on.
With that in mind, we’re counting down his five greatest finishes.

5) Neymar vs Japan
It never takes Neymar long to make an impact. Just three minutes into Brazil’s 2013 Confederations Cup game against Japan, the superstar proved exactly what he’s capable of. Exhibiting tremendous power, he produced a thunderous half volley on the edge of the box that flew into the top corner.
4) Neymar vs Villareal
When a pass arrives at Neymar’s feet, he’s nothing short of scintillating. During a game against Villareal, the footballer effortlessly flicked the ball over a defender’s head with his heel, before spinning like a ballerina and firing his shot past Alphonse Areola with ease.
3) Neymar vs Strasbourg
Neymar proved he was more than worth the crazy £198 million Paris Saint-Germain paid for him when he delivered a truly special moment for the French side. When his team really needed him, the icon stepped up to the plate, beautifully connecting with an overhead kick during injury time to send the ball sailing past the goalkeeper.
2) Neymar vs Flamengo
At just 19, Neymar was already beginning to make a massive impact in the sport. The gifted athlete, who was representing Santos at the time, received the ball near the sideline and spectacularly navigated his way past two defenders with a level of footballing intelligence far beyond his years.
He then played a quick one-two, left another defender in the dust, before picking his spot in the bottom left corner, which earned him the 2011 FIFA Puskás Award for Goal of the Year.
1) Neymar vs Toulouse
Neymar has scored many an excellent goal throughout his career, but for us, this one topped the lot. The phenomenal athlete collected the ball inside the box, beautifully evaded two opposition defenders by perfectly knocking the ball through one of their legs, before turning past a third player and smashing it home to send the crowd into raptures.
