WWE Wrestlemania 39: How to watch, UK start time, Full Card

WWE Wrestlemania goes down this weekend, with Roman Reigns defending his world title against Cody Rhodes, and we’ve got all the details, including the UK start time.

This year, we have one of the most eagerly-anticipated contests in wrestling history. In possibly the most dominant runs of all time, ‘The Big Dog’ has reigned (no pun intended) over the division for nearly 1000 days.

Utilising his ferocious power and phenomenal fighting-IQ, he’s dismantled the likes of Brock Lesnar, Kevin Owens and Drew McIntyre. But despite coming out on top against some of the best to ever do it, when he sets in the ring in front of a packed house at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, he’ll have to dig deeper than he ever has before.

In the opposite corner stands a man whose whole legacy relies solely on this one match.

When Rhodes first left WWE, for AEW, he didn’t seem much of a loss. However, slowly but surely, he built Tony Khan’s promotion into a global powerhouse while simultaneously cementing his place among the most popular wrestlers on the planet.

Consequently, when the 37-year-old made his return to the world’s premier organisation, it generated enormous hype. Alas, it all fell apart when he severely injured his pectoral at Hell in a Cell.

But maintaining his popularity, he returned at the Royal Rumble, winning the event and bagging his shot at Reigns.

For the first time in years, it seems the champ has a challenger genuinely capable of taking the belt off him. Therefore, this is one that wrestling enthusiasts can’t afford to miss.
