Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe has confirmed a rematch between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor is definitely possible.
Almost four years ago, the king of mixed martial arts met the king of boxing in one of the most bizarre, high-profile crossover fights of all time.
McGregor brought his all but ultimately, a Mayweather victory never really looked in doubt, as his elite boxing skills shone through throughout.

Ever since then Floyd has dipped his toe into the water of exhibition bouts, whereas McGregor has had an on-off relationship with the UFC and MMA as a whole.
However, during a recent media appearance, the aforementioned Ellerbe refused to rule out the idea of a future rematch.
“(McGregor’s) been talking a lot,” Ellerbe said. “Listen: Conor, if (you’re) listening, you can get that, too.”
When asked specifically about whether or not it could happen, Ellerbe had the following to say.
“Most definitely,” Ellerbe said. “That, right there, is very personal.”
“Things are a little different now,” Ellerbe said. “Things are a little different.”
Right now, McGregor is currently preparing to get back into the octagon for the second time this year when he faces Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. There isn’t a belt on the line, but a win would almost certainly take him to the doorstep of a UFC lightweight title shot against Charles Oliveira.
There’s a good chance he’d step away from the cage in order to pursue Mayweather again should the opportunity present itself, but there’s no guarantee of that one way or the other.
Floyd Mayweather, on the other hand, is now a businessman at heart and will do whatever it takes to grow and improve his brand.
