Kai Havertz has just scored an outrageous goal in the Champions League final to not just put Arsenal in the ascendancy against PSG, but also to record a personal bit of history.
Tonight, ‘The Gunners’ entered the match at the Puskas Arena in Budapest, Hungary, as massive underdogs. However, it took the side just five minutes to tear up the script and make a complete mockery of the odds.

On May 29, 2021, Kai Havertz scored the only goal in Chelsea’s Champions League final victory against Manchester City, at the Estádio do Dragão in Porto, Portugal.
And tonight, he’s become just the third player to score for two separate teams in the final of the competition.

After bursting forward, the German smashed the ball with venomous power, to send it hurtling past Matvey Safonov and into the back of the net.
While there’s a long way left to go in the match, if they didn’t already, Arsenal fans are now well and truly convinced that tonight could be their night.
