Robinho Jr has signed for Genoa from Santos to begin a new chapter in Italy, according to Fabrizio Romano. The 18-year-old Brazilian prospect has completed his move as the Serie A club continues a busy period of recruitment during the transfer window.
The deal for the teenager was confirmed as an exclusive story on Tuesday evening. He arrives from the historic Brazilian club Santos to bolster the attacking options at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris. The move marks a significant step for the youngster as he makes his first move into European football.
Genoa have been incredibly active in the market alongside this signing. The club has also finalised a deal for right-back Cody Drameh from Hull City. According to Fabrizio Romano, the fee for Drameh is €4.5m. This move was facilitated by the departure of Brooke Norton Cuffy.
Norton Cuffy has moved in the opposite direction to join Hull City. The English full-back commanded a fee of €14m, according to Fabrizio Romano. However, Hull Live reported the deal for the former Arsenal star was worth £12m.
