Despite only being out for a week, it’s become pretty obvious that pace is going to be a big part of FIFA 21 again.
Thanks to a new ‘speed glitch’ that has been doing the rounds, that focus on quick players looks set to become even more prominent.
Gamers discovered a way to give the player in possession an extra burst of pace, which could make a huge difference when trying to get in behind a stubborn defence.
Highlighted by YouTuber MattHDGamer, this is sure to be as annoying as it is useful – depending on which side of the scoreline you’re on.
To pull it off, hold L1 on PS4 (LB on Xbox One) and dribble with the left joystick, then immediately let go of L1 (LB) and then press R2 (RT).
Meanwhile another YouTuber recently pitted the fastest players in the game against each other to discover who came out as the quickest.
Wrzzer conducted the research with Adama Traore, Kylian Mappen and Alphonso Davies all sharing a 96 pace rating.
After a series of straight line races, it was the Wolves winger who emerged as the victor, meaning you’ll probably be seeing a lot of the above glitch performed by the Spaniard.
