On March, 18 the biggest MMA promotion on the planet will officially return to the O2 Arena, in London, UK, with UFC 286.
Six years after the legendary, Michael Bisping, triumphed over Dan Henderson at the Manchester Arena, fight fans on this side of the pond will once again have the opportunity to watch MMA at the highest possible level.
While Dana White is yet to confirm the headline attraction, we’re expecting Leon Edwards to defend his belt against Kamaru Usman. And what a trilogy that would be.
With the Birmingham fighter securing victory from the jaws of defeat with a terrifying left high-kick, the former champ is desperate for his opportunity at revenge.
And with the likes of Paddy Pimblett, Darren Till, Allen Arnold and Molly McCann all keen to jump on the bill, those who can get tickets are in for an incredible night. However, while the news of this event is music to most of our ears, some fans have admitted disappointment.
The rumour mill suggested that the event would occur at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. This would have allowed an extra 54,500 fans to attend the eagerly-anticipated PPV. But alas, it wasn’t to be. Therefore, UFC heads will have to work harder than ever to secure a spot in the venue.

As per the UFC, the President said: “Everyone knows how much I love our fans in the UK. We had two incredible shows in London in 2022. And this time, we’re bringing a world title fight with the biggest and baddest card we could put together at The O2 on March 18. The UK MMA scene is exploding with talent right now. And I can’t wait to show you guys what we have in store for you next year.”
