Jofra Archer has made a name for himself as one of the most fearsome fast bowlers in cricket, his work with the bat is far less talked about though.
However Archer stole the show in matchday 4 of the IPL, smashing four consecutive sixes as he hit 27 from just 8 deliveries to bring Rajasthan Royals’ innings to a close.
The impressive score was aided by back-to-back no balls from South African pacer Lungi Ngidi, however there’s no taking anything away from Jofra’s mammoth effort.

Archer’s innings contributed to a final score of 216-7, which was enough to see off Chennai Super Kings who only managed 200-6.
The Royals were without England’s Jos Buttler who is still in quarantine after flying to the United Arab Emirates, and Ben Stokes, who remains in New Zealand for personal reasons.
