England is moving closer to making the FIFA World Cup 2026 final, but which countries will they have to beat to make it to the biggest showdown in all of sport?

Should they emerge from that match-up victorious, then a quarter-final likely awaits with Brazill. And if they manage to produce a monumental win against the 5x World Cup champions, the South American theme will almost definitely continue, with England having to battle it out with Argentina.

If the rollercoaster ride goes all the way to the final, then the 1966 winners will probably have the almighty task on their hands of trying to beat France.
