The warrior entered the ring, known as the Trigon in the promotion, set on inflicting a brutal knockout on his opponent, which he ultimately did, but not before a lot of drama had ensued.

From the first bell, the American tried to make a statement, charging into James Springer, knocking him down almost instantly, before punching him with an illegal strike while he was on the ground.

This enraged the Brit, who launched his rival to the floor, before kicking him out of the Trigon. Undeterred, Vargas started dancing before lighting up his opponent, firstly putting him on the canvas for the second time with a classy shot. Then, in a stunning moment, he landed a thunderous right to leave his foe out for the count.
