Showcasing his ability in the air, an unmarked Marc Guehi produced a tremendous header to put the ball in the back of the net. However, as good as the finish was, the commentary team described the defending as both ‘criminal’ and ‘appalling’.

With a boost in momentum, the home team began looking for the winner, which they eventually found thanks to Josko Gvardiol, who produced a tremendous strike after being played onside by James Hill.

While certainly not vintage, Enzo Maresca will definitely take a 2-1 win.
