The former Champions League winner just arrived in Turkey, sending fans into meltdown, with football enthusiasts across the country positively salivating at the prospect of witnessing the superstar produce his magic at the Şenol Güneş Sports Complex.

Mo Salah has just signed the biggest deal in the history of Turkish football, with the all-time great set to earn an astronomical amount during his time in Süper Lig.

Sources informed TEAMtalk that Salah accepted a deal worth €23 million (£19,693,175) per season, which surpasses the €18million (£15,412,050) annual package that Victor Osimhen is currently bringing into his bank account.

However, while this figure is extremely tasty in its own right, it’s not even the full amount, with Salah expected to earn even more through bonuses, commercial incentives and a percentage of shirt sales, making this an even more lucrative time of the athlete’s career than he had at Liverpool.

The club is confident that the player can not just raise its global profile, but can also help them close the gap on Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray.
