Mo Salah has reacted after Egypt crashed out of the FIFA World Cup 2026 at the hands of Argentina.
The legend’s side suffered a heartbreaking 3-2 defeat, in which they conceded three goals inside 15 minutes to throw away a 2-0 lead.

In an Instagram post, he said: “I know you’re (Egypt fans) still upset, but I promise you that I’ll do everything in my power to ensure this marks a fresh start for Egyptian football on the international stage.
“Qualifying for the World Cup won’t be enough, and just participating won’t cut it either. This team deserves your trust.”
