Fury stepped on the scales at a formidable 265lbs. However, that paled in comparison to Mariusz Wach, who weighed in at an intimidating 291.4lbs, making the Polish sportsman a whopping 26.4lbs heavier than his rival.

With Anthony Joshua fighting on Saturday evening against Kristian Prenga, boxing fans around the globe are hoping that if both Englishmen win their upcoming bouts, then a meeting between the pair could finally come to fruition.

However, after his weigh-in for the Wach fight, Fury insisted he’s fully focused on the man in front of him.

The 37-year-old exclaimed: “Yes [I’ve put in the work], this is my second camp back-to-back after a 16-month lay-off. I’m getting sharper, fitter, and stronger every day.

“I’ve never faced a man heavier than me. I’m very happy to be fighting. I’m not banking on any fight happening or not happening. I’m a fighter; I want to keep busy. I’ve had one fight in over two years.

“I want to box his head off for 12 rounds, if possible. I’m there to box and move, use my attributes. I’ve got to be 100% focused, switched on, take nobody as an easy touch and do my job, like I always do.”
