In his promotional career to date, the American has made an array of fantastic match-ups, but a showdown between ‘The Notorious’ and ‘The Destroyer’ would be the biggest of them all.

David Feldman wants to make Conor McGregor vs Conor Benn

David Feldman has a love of combat sports coursing through his veins, with the entrepreneur regularly delivering explosive showdowns for fans around the globe. However, when asked for one clash he’d love to make more than any other, only one answer came to mind.

In an exclusive interview with Sporf, he enthused: “I would love to make Conor McGregor vs Conor Benn. That would be a nice BKFC fight. Conor McGregor did phenomenol in that Floyd Mayweather fight. He got tired because he wasn’t used to it. I think Conor McGregor wins that fight.”

While unlikely at first glance, the potential bout could be more realistic than first thought. With the MMA star only having one fight left on his UFC contract and Benn’s future after the Ryan Garcia contest being somewhat unclear, a battle between the pair could make financial sense for both men.

While McGregor vs Benn would undoubtedly capture the imagination of the public, the war between Darren Till and Yoel Romero, which is set to go down at BKFC 94 inside the AO Arena in Manchester, UK, on September 26, has done a fantastic job of exciting the combat sports community in its own right.

The exciting match-up pits together two of the biggest punchers on the planet in a blockbuster that looks guaranteed to create fireworks. And Feldman thinks a knockout is all but guaranteed.

He enthused: “This fight is not going the distance.

“It wasn’t hard to put together. I offered the guys the fight, and within a week, they both accepted. It’s not just explosiveness in the ring; this is a fun fight to promote between two guys that like to talk a lot of trash about each other, have a history, and will throw down in the ring.

“You’ve got a guy who doesn’t know how to age vs a guy who’s getting better and better.”
