JJ Gabriel has given Chelsea a final decision on whether he wants to join the club.
The player is desperate to secure a move away from Manchester United.
JJ Gabriel rejects Chelsea
JJ Gabriel has turned down a move to Chelsea.
Last month, the prospect informed Manchester United that he wanted to leave, and has not trained with the club since.
Taking this into account, ‘The Blues’ decided to make a move for Gabriel.
However, it appears the 16-year-old has no desire to play his football at Stamford Bridge, with talkSPORT claiming that Gabriel has passed on their offer.
The Englishman sees his future in Spain, with Barcelona and Real Madrid leading the race for his signature.
However, moves to Germany and France are also possible, with Bayern Munich and PSG expressing an interest in securing his signature.
Why Manchester United have annoyed JJ Gabriel’s camp
According to Sky Sports, Gabriel’s camp have grown furious at United’s refusal to agree to their plan for the athlete’s road to the first team.
During pre-season, Michael Carrick gave him an opportunity against Atletico Madrid.
However, this hasn’t been enough to appease his family, who have reportedly demanded that he feature for a minimum of 20 minutes against Sabah in the Champions League, Brighton in the FA Cup and Bournemouth in the Premier League.
The forward was ineligible for the European fixture in question.
