During the contest, the prospect showcased all the attributes we knew he had. Alas, it wasn’t enough to overcome the incredibly durable opponent in front of him. Filip Hrgovic ate every single shot thrown in his direction before drowning his rival under an unrelenting wave of pressure to secure the stoppage in the ninth round.
Now, after such a brutal contest, both men will have to serve suspensions. According to GiveMeSport, the warriors will be out for a minimum of 30-60 days, potentially rising to 180 days.
