Ronda Rousey has reached the pinnacle of two different sports, so it’s no surprise that she’s accumulated an enormous net worth.
Rousey is now back with WWE, returning from a nearly three-year hiatus to enter the 2022 Royal Rumble.
As the 10-second countdown ended, the WWE Universe waited in eager anticipation to find out who the 28th entry would be. When Rousey stepped out, she received a great reception from those in attendance.
After her fellow competitors came and went, mainly at the hands of Rousey herself, there was just her and the legendary Charlotte Flair remaining in the match. The two women faced off in a short-lived contest. Rousey hurled ‘The Queen’ over the top rope and punched her ticket to WrestleMania.

It was almost poetic that she made her return during the PPV, where she made her mark three years before. That night, she began her wrestling career by squaring off against Rumble winner Asuka.
Less than a year later, she had become one of the leading stars in the company. She defeated Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in a mixed tag-team match with Kurt Angle.
Then, at SummerSlam, she beat Alexa Bliss via submission to win the Raw Women’s Championship. She then set the record as the long-reigning champion in women’s history at 231 days.
At WrestleMania 35, Rousey faced off against Flair and Becky Lynch in a Triple Threat match for the championship. Lynch pinned her to end her reign and cause her to record her first loss in the company. She subsequently spent time away from WWE.
A Women’s MMA pioneer

Following a championship reign at Strikeforce, the American moved to the UFC and began tearing people apart.
Her notorious armbar was nothing short of terrifying. She was catching people in it with ease.
Rousey’s dominance was incredible. Her devastating style made her into a pop-cultural icon. She was filming movies in Hollywood, appearing on famous talk shows, and the world of MMA seemed to think that she was unbeatable. That was until she fought Holly Holm. That certainly didn’t go well.
Her opponent wasn’t given any chance whatsoever. She was nothing more than a lamb going to the slaughter. But the former boxing world champion didn’t read the script. A total of 56,214 fans packed into the Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Australia, expecting to see greatness. And they did – just not from the person they thought.
The ‘Preachers Daughter’ produced a monumental upset. She outclassed her rival completely before finishing her with a vicious head kick.

Rousey’s reign of terror was officially over. We didn’t hear a peep from her until she agreed to challenge Amanda Nunes.
Her Brazilian counterpart, ‘The Lioness’, brutalised her in less than a minute. That was the end of her MMA career. She refused to talk about mixed martial arts ever again. Following that defeat, she moved over to WWE.

Ronda Rousey has earned an enormous net worth throughout her combat sports tenure so far. But with the American now set to embark on a second stint in WWE, that figure will no doubt rise even higher.
